Returns and Exchange 

We do not accept returns, all our items are handcrafted with care, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery unless the fault is ours. This covers items bought on sale and gift cards. We, however, understand that these pieces are sentimental and important; please contact us at support@senero.co.uk if you have any issues with your items.


Damages and issues
All of our items are made with intention and go through additional quality checks to ensure you're truly inspired to tell your story. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@senero.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
