Shipping policy

Shipping time

All of our pieces in the 'Ready to ship' collection, will be processed on Wednesdays (5 pm) and Fridays (5 pm) after which it will be safely handed over to Royal Mail to deliver within:

- 2-4 business days (UK)

- 3-17 business days (Europe & Rest of world)

All of our pieces in the 'Name', 'Faith', and 'Relationship' collections are made with intention just for you and will typically take 4-6 weeks to get made. After production, it will be safely handed over to the delivery company to deliver within:

- 2-4 business days (UK)

- 3-17 business days (Europe & Rest of world)

 

Fulfillment

We will send a confirmation email after the order has been dispatched. We will not send the printed receipt with the order in order to reduce energy use and paper in line with our sustainability values. Once we have dispatched your order, unforeseen conditions may arise that lead to delays. If there are any shipping delays, we will contact you.
